Due to some college loans/grants/awards falling through, I was unable to repay the amount immediately. I subsequently re-enlisted in the XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX , XXXX . While I was on XXXX XXXX , the college discharged my outstanding tuition bill ( {$8300.00} ) to a private debt collector, I believe in violation of SCRA.
