XXXX is trying to collect for XXXX XXXX AKA XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX .THE DEBT IS BASED ON FRAUD OF XXXX XXXX .In early 2015 I ordered XXXX XXXX at a local XXXX ; the service was sold to me at $ XXXX /mo.On the very 1st bill I discovered there were added surcharges and fees far in excess of the XXXX XXXX /mo. I h ad agreed to.I called the company, we tried to have a meeting of the minds … but they insisted on staying their ground and overcharge me what I was sold..So I tol d them to come pick up their equipment..I do n’t like being lied to when sold a service.We had 3 diff erent appointments at our home to pick up the equipment. XXXX was a no-show all 3 times and now they fraudulently bill me as if they are selling me their equipment as well, that XXXX WO N’T COME GET ! It is stil l sitting at my house. When I checked the Better Business Bureau It became obvious that this is a widespread financial fraud and that this is XXXX / XXXX pattern and practice to defraud holding the negative credit bureau reporting as leverage to extort monies not owed.THE DEBT APPEARS ON XXXX , XXXX AND XXXX
