Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX who obtained private student loans from XXXX XXXX total of {$43000.00}. For my education. I graduated in XX/XX/XXXX and immediately I started making payment from XX/XX/XXXX a total of $ XXXX /Monthly. Here is th e summary of my loans : 1. {$66000.00}, Paid in total since XX/XX/XXXX 2. XXXX I have paid in capitalized interest. 3. { $76000.00} is my current balance.

I tried reaching out to Navient to explain that I am going through financial hardship and I cant pay anymore and if they can settle for $ XXXX , they refused.

Summary of my situation I have never borrowed money from Navient. Now I Navient all of sudden started contacting me and telling me that they are XXXX XXXX . They used information I provided to XXXX XXXX and started taking money from me. At the time of signing my note, I was never told that my loans will be turned to someone else, they never told me what my interest rate is, never told me how and when I should pay it, never told me that my interest rate is variable, and now I am in th is big miss and dont k now what to do. I am seeking your help in resolving this issue with Navient. At this point I believe that I never borrowed any money from Navient, although I paid all this money to them thinking they are XXXX XXXX but they claim to not be. Please advise me what to do at this point. I am in serious financial hardship and cant pay anymore that what I did.
