Consumer Complaint: I recently complained to Consumer protection Bureau about Unauthorized access by Navient group of companies. Today when I checked my ac count, they have cancelled auto pay and I am unable to add any of my bank accounts and my loan account shows over due payment by 2 days. I tried to add a different account and I am unable to do it either. XXXX Navient seems to have serious problem with their automated transactions. I need help and I need to keep my loan payment current. I have never been delinquent and have completed XXXX loans well in advance. XXXX Please assist. XXXX Thank you XXXX XXXX
