Consumer Complaint: The college I attended closed and was charged with fraud, my degree was not real and no jobs provided, I was lied to and received high interest loans that that now total XXXX I was told the closing of the school would result in discharge of federal debt, but this was not the case. I tried to get forbearances, or deferments but the interest is culminating at a high rate that I can not afford. the only this I was offered was a income based loan payment, and even this is incorrect I was told I could pay XXXX a month but my fi rst two b ills were XXXX , and I was told if I did not pay them I could have my wages/bank levied or tax returns seized. This school was a waste of time, I received nothing from it but the debt. Attended school in 1996 and still paying and still owe XXXX ? this is ridiculous, Please help. The service is poor and n o one wil l help. The are in a class action suit for same reasons, how can I be included?
