Consumer Complaint: I was never made aware of this debt by the company Commonwealth financial systems incorporated. I was only made aware after they a ppeared on my credit report for a debt that is no longer owed. I contacted my workers comp attorney about this as this bill had been paid by the insurance company for my former employer. I have called and spoke to multiple people with the company. As I write this now I am on the line for a supervisor after speaking to a XXXX XXXX and have spoke to XXXX XXXX . I have given them all the documentation to have this closed and the debt discharged. My attorney has sent the documentation to them several times as well. If this is not cleared up I will be seeking legal action against them.
