Consumer Complaint: I was contacted by XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX , NV a XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX Fl. I had called the office and spoke with XXXX and was set to call her back Tomorrow. XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX proceeded to call my elderly XXXX year old mother in law and was verbally abusive and threatening. When I called XXXX XXXX and XXXX with this information they told me he went ” off script ” and was not reading the script provided to him. XXXX XXXX threatened to be on MY door step here in Massachusetts on XXXX XXXX . What his intentions are I do not know. I am on social security XXXX and do not make enough to cover what they want. I do not own property. This is a very old debt. When I called XXXX XXXX back to tell him not to contact my mother in law again the phone went right into a message that ” This phone is not set up to take calls at this time. ” These kind of threats are very frightening to all involved. Last year Continental Finance Company had so meone call and personally threaten me. They were reported to the XXXX Police Department and were called while I was present in the room. This is not the first time.
