Consumer Complaint: Capital One Credit Card account ending in XXXX . This complaint is due to improper communication from capital one to me regarding the balance of my account I did not have any balance on the account after m last payment o n XX/XX/XXXX .Capital on e charges me {$2.00} interest charge, and I never received a call or mail regarding these accusations. This charge leads to a {$2.00} late fee. When I contacted capital one again in XX/XX/XXXX to obtain info about my account, I learned that they restricted my account, and that plays a major issue in my credit history. I did n’t get any mail of my billing information from capital one ; if I did, i would have paid the interest charge of {$2.00}. Capital one did not inform me of those charges in any form or way.
