Consumer Complaint: I have been with Navient since they switch from XXXX XXXX and I was getting random emails saying that my Forbearance request was approved. I have not request any Forbearance from Navient. I have also paid a ( personal ) loan with XXXX XXXX , and paid it off, and provided them the proof payment for it, and their still requesting me to pay it. I have recently reached out for help with XXXX XXXX XXXX , now I see a list out that this is a bad company too. I ‘m so confused on what to do. I will be in debt for ever it seems, this all started in 2005 now I have a home and it will be paid off before these consolidated student loans. Or the ( private ) loans. There is always a brick wall with these companies.
