Consumer Complaint: Previous complaint filed against XXXX XXXX relative a defective mattress delivered XXXX XXXX with no communication or follow up from the store to resolve the issue. The conclusion of the previous CFPB complaint states : Please note Comenity Capital Bank and XXXX are two s eparate entities. The Bank issues and is responsible for addressing questions related to the credit card account. XXXX is responsible for handling matters related to sales, merchandise processing, returns and shipping. XXXX informed us they will attempt to schedule a service technician to inspect the merchandise and come to a resolution. Since this response and closure of the complaint, XXXX still has not made any attempt to resolve the issue. A refund should be granted. XXXX also lied and stated no communication was ever received but clearly there were XXXX separate emails sent to the same email address on different days per their request. Attached is confirmation that the email address used is correct and a regularly checked email inbox.
