UPON SETTING UP PAYMENTS ON THIS ACCOUNT I WAS INFORMED THAT THIS ACCOUNT WOULD NOT BE REPORTED TO THE CREDIT AGENCIES BY A MANAGER ( XXXX ) BECAUSE I WAS HANDLING THIS ACCOUNT AND PAYING OFF THE DEBT. THEY DID NOT HONOR THEIR SIDE OF THE DEAL AND DID REPORT MY ACCOUNT TO THE CREDIT AGENCIES. I HAVE CALLED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES REGARDING GETTING THIS ACCOUNT REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT AND I HAVE BEEN TOLD TO CONTACT THE CREDIT BUREAUS AND WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT DELETE THERE ACCOUNTS FROM PEOPLES ACCOUNTS. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THIS REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT. THANK YOU
