Consumer Complaint: I checked and my credit and saw an unknown account i immediately sent them a registered letter requesting a copy of a contract or my signature. Took 63 days for them to respond and the only information i received was my name, my last 4 ssn and an amount, i called the number they provided and ask them to provide proof this was my account. They said they do not have a contract with me and when i said then i want this removed from my credit bureau immediately due to the FCRA .They at this point got really angry and began to yell. They will not provide me or the bureaus with anything other than this one page. Please help me! the company is Portfolio recovery
