Consumer Complaint: Express Recovery services is still reporting and attempting to collect on a debt that was covered under insurance. I have been in the military serving our country for more than 15 years. We have amazing insurance with no deductible or co-payment. XXXX has advised us multiple times that they have taken care of this and it should have never been sent to collections.
Also this debt is from 2010 and we have never made a payment. It is past the statute of limitations in the state of Utah. This debt is not valid and we do not owe it.
