Consumer Complaint: I am having problems with getting a collection account with Pro Collect off of my credit report. I called the company and asked how I could take care of the account and they would not work with me. I have no documentation of why the amount they are showing is owed. They claim they issued something to me back in XXXX of this year but I have nothing in writing. I am in the process of purchasing a home and I need this collection account off of my record. In an effort to rectify the problem I need additional assistance with getting this company to have better practices.
