XX/XX/XXXX , XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX obtained a judgment against me in XXXX County, Kansas court XXXX . During that time, I made additional payments by check not aware this was regarding my XXXX XXXX Account ending in XXXX . XX/XX/XXXX , I sold my home and the {$2300.00} judgement was held back fr om my profit of sale. I found out recently in the process of searching through old paperwork and notice I ‘ve been scammed. I over paid Midland as they also collected money on an account they never should had purchased from XXXX XXXX . I ‘ve been writing and requesting for the return and interest as XXXX XXXX XXXX and Midland refuse to resolve my claim.
