Consumer Complaint: This agency kept calling and harassing my father to pay this debt that I was n’t aware of. So I called to get more information but the agent I spoke with had such a bad attitude and kept yelling at me. I was told that I owed a debt from an apartment that I had moved out of years ago. I asked for validation of the debt so I could have some proof in writing but I never received anything. they kept harassing me several times a day threatening to put negative marks on my report and sue me if I did not give them payment in full over the phone. They marked my report with a collection for the amount of {$3500.00} and a public record for {$1800.00}.
