Consumer Complaint: This compliant is against Midland Funding I have disputed this account that is currently listed on my credit report. I sent correspondences to Midland funding and the only documentation they are showing me are invoices for me to make payment. I have never entered into any agreement with Midland and I have asked them to verify the proof that I owed the debt.

When I dispute these items with XXXX , XXXX & XXXX the debt is continuing being reported on my credit report as verified from furnisher which is a violation of the FCRA.

Currently the furnisher Midland Credit is reporting false information for example : The date open reports XX/XX/XXXX Date of 1st delinquency XX/XX/XXXX Date of the 1st major Reporting XX/XX/XXXX How can the account 1st delinquency which is XX/XX/XXXX , occur a year before the account open in XXXX .

This information is false, and Midland continues to call me, send me type written correspondences and send information to the credit bureaus.
