Consumer Complaint: Commonwealth financial is reporting against my credit score negatively and is reporting that the account is only 2 months old when in reality its been at least 7 years since I may or may not have used the services of XXXX XXXX and fire department for an emergency situation. The debt should have fallen off my credit report by now. I am trying to rebuild my credit and am not against working with the collection agency but should not be shown as a new account.
