Consumer Complaint: Penn Credit Corporation calls my home phone several times a day. I ‘ve answered when I ‘m at home, but they have poor automated calls, and it starts with ” if you are that person, press 1 ” I never hear the person ‘s name! When I do press 1, I do get connected to a person, but they ask for someone I never heard of. When I tell them that, they never apologize or offer to remove me from there call list, and the calls persist. I do not want to be contacted by them again, unless it pertains directly to me, which I doubt, since I am not in arrears with any financial or consumer entity.
