Consumer Consent Provided to Share Complaint: Consent provided

Consumer Complaint: I had a previous complaint on this matter that you can look up if needed. Now XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX through their Attorney Gurstel Law P.C XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MN telephone number XXXX have a lawsuit against me for {$10000.00} minus {$25.00} for credit, NOT payments but credits that they say were extended on or before XX/XX/XXXX ( time line is very suspicious for Statute of Limitations ). I mailed ( certified ) them the ANSWER within the time limit and then mailed them ( certified ) Notice of Discovery and Request for Production of Documents. I had a hearing last week and the Judge has set summary of Judgement for XX/XX/XXXX. I have now received their ANSWER for Production of Documents. They do not have a Contract of any kind. I asked specifically for the date of last payment on questioned debt and received a paper stating specifically the last payment date of XX/XX/XXXX, ( I have tried to attach the photo of the paper showing Client Last Paid Date but your system keeps timing out, if needed I can try again later through email if you would like to see it ) I have neither spoken to or by mail or any other means discussed questioned debt with ANYONE. I now believe, after receiving their ANSWER for Production of Documents both XX/XX/XXXX and their Attorney Gurstel Law P.C. have knowledge that the Statute of Limitations ( 6 yrs in MN ) has passed. I did state Statute of Limitations in my first ANSWER to them also. I feel I am being harassed by both XX/XX/XXXX and their Attorney Gurstel Law P.C. I am now involved in a lawsuit that is costing me time, money and mental anguish that never should have been started had they looked at the FACTS.
