Consumer Complaint: I was going to attend XXXX XXXX College in XXXX XXXX Sc that was between XXXX and XXXX not exactly sure. The advisor i had was XXXX ca n’t remember last name. But after finding out the school was n’t accredited I decided not to attend. Yet I ‘m assuming XXXX XXXX was still billed. I never attended classes but yet I was sent a bill to pay XXXX XXXX . I contacted XXXX XXXX to make them aware of this. At which time I was told it was showing I attended the school for months and that I should pay and if it found that I did n’t attend I would be refunded. ( I paid about {$300.00} towards the loan ) I again assured her this not to be true. I then went to the school and got a letter on the school letter head confirming I did n’t attend classes or got materials from the school. I was told it would be looked into and I would receive a follow up and if found I did n’t attend the school id receive a full refund. I never heard from them again. And only got a load of run around afterwards.
