I did n’t even know the lawsuit was happening, due to never being served. ( They served an address I Never lived at ). The original debt is in XXXX XXXX and 14 years old. I live in XXXX, and am unsure as to the company I owe the money, and the amount they took out of my bank account can not be proven. This company is breaking the law, and getting away with it, and it ‘s not right! They have ruined my plans, and now I ‘m stuck filing papers with the court in XXXX XXXX and I ‘m still missing XXXX. They have legally stolen from me!
