Consumer Complaint: I work for the XXXX XXXX XXXX a qualifying non profit through FEDLOAN forgiveness. I have been making payements for 2 years and 6 months. I have learned that non of my payments have qualified. I set it up through them for income based payment, and direct debit through them for the payment. So this year, they have taken my yearly job certification and they have ignored it. They say my current payment is {$910.00} a month. I called and resubmitted the paperwork and the associate said it would be corrected and apologized. Now our billing statement has come out and again asking for {$910.00}. Also, all my uploaded documents have been removed from the ” upload history ” on the website. So I faxed over the docs this year since they said they could n’t locate the docs I uploaded.

I do n’t know what to do since I have done everything to try to fix this and too have all my previous payments go to waste it ‘s a little defeating. I hope that reporting this will help move the dial into fixing this.
