Consumer Complaint: Bank of America will not stop harassing me with phone calls, even though I have told them to stop and they can see we ‘ve made the payment on our travel trailer. These are robocalls. You say hello and no one is be replies for a few seconds. We scheduled our payment ON THEIR WEBSITE for a future date. They STILL call. This month, they called XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. Several of these days, they called 4 and 5 times a day. If I answer, and I ‘ve grown weary and tired of explaining the same thing over and over, they still can not get it through their heads that we scheduled the payment. There was one female who was very nice and even offered to credit a late fee they had charged this month, which tells me the calls should have stopped then, but they did not. They restarted the next day! I suspect this is a hired outside company, because they say they have no access to BOA systems? This makes it all the more egregious. It is upsetting and stressful. They need to STOP.
