Consumer Complaint: I am disputing this collection account by Stellar Recovery Inc. and XXXX XXXX because they have been paid in full. I contacted XXXX on XXXX17 and paid the XXXX that was claimed that I owed. I asked XXXX to contact Stellar Recovery and to have them update my account is paid in full and to contact the credit bureaus to have this account removed from collections and update it as paid in full. On XXXX17 I contacted Stellar Recovery Inc. about this collections account. They verified that XXXX had contacted him, and told them that I had paid the account in full and had a XXXX balance. What I requested from Stellar Recovery was for them to update their information to the credit bureau ‘s immediately. They only told me that they would notify the credit bureaus they would send out their information at their convenience. I do not trust this company to notify the credit bureau that my account has been paid. As long as Stellar Recovery has this account in collections on my credit report, then it is still viewed as derogatory information. I want sSellar Recovery to update my account is paid in full with a XXXX balance immediately and not at their convenience. Stellar ‘ information is listed below.
