Consumer Complaint: Pinnacle Credit Collection LLC for XXXX XXXX very old collection I have asked many of times to verify the debt from XXXX and I get OK we will send you a bill of what you owe or what the charges are from and Never have I ever received a letter or bill. The amount is false in the first place I do not owe any bill from XXXX that is why I have asked for a break down for this debt. This company also are rude and told me so you are not going to pay your bills are you a broke junky. Also was told threatening if I did not pay I will be sued. That is when I wanted the debt to be verified.
This collection was on my credit report about a year ago or so I noticed that it had disappeared and then I noticed XX/XX/XXXX that it appeared back on my credit reports and made my score go down a lot. The amount that is showing up on my credit is for {$750.00} this account on my credit said it was opened XX/XX/XXXX and reported XX/XX/XXXX . Both dates are false. Because about a year ago when it was on my credit the Date Open and Reported were XX/XX/XXXX XXXX of XXXX .
