Company claims that a debt of {$11000.00} is owed and has been charged off. i have written this company and requested for documentation to be provided to me of original contract and proof of my identity agreeing to such debt. In response this company represenative by the name of XXXX XXXX, replied to my letter stating she has no record of debt on file. this letter was recieved XXXXXXXXX2017. However, this company continues to report derogatory information into my credit file.

I am asking that this company delete this inaccuracy out of my file after failing to supply me with any information that I have requested. This debt does not belong to me.
