Consumer Complaint: I saw this on XXXX XXXX and disputed it please send me a letter and in that letter you asked to put in someone else ‘s information so that is violating HIPPA law IT has personal information of the other party so I tried contacting them and are they tell me was that they were sorry and they wanted me to send it back to them immediately. They were giving me the runaround I called the number that was on the letter apparently that was a wrong number to the routed me to someone else I ‘m supposed to that person and I he tell me he was to send it back. They were being and uncooperated I told them that I was going to call the CFPB because it was a big violation that I thought needed to be reported. On the other bill it ‘s not even my first name is spelled A different way and I have no reconition of the account so I want it off my credit report. And as I was looking at it it ‘s over seven years old. The only resemblance that we would have is the address street fees XXXX just like mine but im in XXXXand she is in XXXX.
