Consumer Complaint: There a company name XXXX XXXX account number XXXX which is reflecting on all three of my credit reports. I do not now, nor have I ever had an account with this company. Based upon the information which they are listing as a debt, and they ‘re stating it was opened with a company by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX and stating it was opened in XX/XX/XXXX. This information clearly shows that the statue of limitations have run out and does not allow XXXX XXXX to now try to collect on this debt. XXXX XXXX is trying to state that this account was open in XX/XX/XXXX and they took ownership of this debt but never notified me concerning this matter, but instead placed this on my account in the month of XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX is not within its right to collect this information and has provided false information on my report. I am asking that they remove all information from all three reports and never place this back on my account again.
