Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2017 , I sent a letter to the credit bureau requesting an investigation of an account in collections that I saw on my credit report that does not belong to me. The credit bureau replied that they verified the account. So I send a letter direclty to the collection agency asking them to please send me the signed medical documents for this debt that is not mine. As of today XX/XX/2017 I have not received a response from the collection agency, however the account is still listed on my credit report.
