Consumer Complaint: I went to XXXX XXXX Institute From XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, during that time I was injured in a XXXX XXXX XXXX accident at the facility where XXXX XXXX was located. I have been declared XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX, my first XXXX XXXX. My XXXX has been being garnished since XX/XX/XXXX at over $ XXXX/month. I have tried through XXXX XXXX, USA Funds and XXXX to get my school loan discharged, with no luck. I have gotten statements from XXXX, from The Dept of Education and have been trying to receive a statement from The Florida Department Of treasury, as to exactly how much money they have with held from me over the past 7 or so years. And XXXX states I still owe over {$15000.00} on a loan that was originally {$6400.00} to start with. I do n’t know what else I can do to get this loan discharged. I am permanently XXXX and $ XXXX/mo is not enough to survive off of. PLEASE HELP!!!! I am my wits end.
