Consumer Complaint: For starters, this constant flipping of my student loan from one company to the next is extremely tiresome. This is the second or third time the same loan has been tossed around and it ‘s back to one of the original ones! Beyond this frustration, they pass it on, notify me after the fact, and now I owe on late fees for payments? Not acceptable …. at all! How the XXXX am I suppose to know?
Secondly, the amount they are stating I owe is not even correct. They are stating I owe almost $ 8k. I do not think they even have the original paperwork or have my payments applied. This is unacceptable. I want to be show the documents that even show I owe on the loan. I do not think they even have that.
