Consumer Complaint: Complaint # XXXX was filed against IC System and I received a very vanilla response to my concerns about them trying to collect an unverified debt. I have no idea what this debt concerns. I spoke with this company and they came to the conclusion that the address is incorrect where any so called notices were sent. CFPB you have my correct address so please ask them to verify it. I also requested them to send me any information used to verify this debt and what methods they used to verify it. Nothing was provided to me. I never used XXXX ‘s services and never will. I now have a paper trail and will definitely contact a lawyer and sue I C System, they are used to it by now.
