Consumer Complaint: The account on my credit report states : Date opened XX/XX/XXXX – Acc # XXXX I spoke with XXXX business office, I was advised to strictly pay XXXX online then they would call across the street to have the obligation fee waived, I did exactly as advised. The total amount of the class was {$390.00}. ( PAID ) the total amount with the collection fee {$500.00}. I withdrew from the class on XX/XX/XXXX, I was charged for the full class amount XXXX because I withdrew a few hours past the deadline of XXXX, I withdrew at XXXX. I was unaware of the XXXX deadline. The bill from XXXX was mailed onXX/XX/XXXX Attached receipt to XXXX online was on XX/XX/XXXX to prevent going to collections. Then General Revenues mailed the letter of collection 4 days later. I have attached all receipts of payments. No balance owed, I even paid the collection fee trying everything I could to have them please remove collection account.
