Consumer Complaint: OnXX/XX/XXXX2015, I took out three phones from XXXX with a family plan. A week later, I returned all three phones on the store, located at XXXX, XXXX County, Florida because the phone connections do not meet our expectations. Since I returned my phones to XXXX because the expected signals did not meet our family expectations, and I paid the appropriate fees for that transaction, and I am not obligated to pay anything to this company. However, XXXX has tried to collect a debt of {$830.00} with different collection companies. They have hurt my credit inappropriately and despite my phone is placed in ” Do not call list ” they are continuing calling me looking for the ” supposed ” debt. Despite, I have sent several letters requesting a Video recorded analysis in the store in which the supposed transaction was done, they have omitted this fact and they just send me bills with no signatures with my name at the top. Please, investigate this complaint and have them to remove it record from my credit report. Thanks
