Consumer Complaint: I contacted the GC servies, credit bureaus, and the BBB trying to get this collection agency to remove this debt from XXXX XXXX from my credit file. GC services continues to report / verify this debt even though there is not signed contract with either XXXX XXXX nor GC services. GC services continues to allege that billing statements verify this debt. GC services has yet to produce any document that displays my signature on it indicating a contract with either XXXX XXXX or GC services. I am not liable for this debt. I have no knowledge of this debt. I request that this debt be removed from my credit file in order to resolve this matter.
