Consumer Complaint: OnXX/XX/XXXX I received 3 letters which stated O owed money. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent letter asking for verification of debts and to only be contacted by mail. I continue to get continuous calls at home as well as on my cell phone. The company failed to provide verification. OnXX/XX/XXXX i received 3 letters which state the company was thinking of forwarding my accounts to an attorney for possible litigation. 2 months prior I had a phone conversation with the company and they threatened with the same action. I sent a letter in return and attached a copy of my previous letter from XX/XX/XXXX. OnXX/XX/XXXX I received 3 more letters stating they reviewed information and found their records were correct and again I sent letter in return. While typing that letter todayXX/XX/XXXX I again received a call from them on my cell phone. Unverified information is still being reported on my credit reports.
