Consumer Complaint: I recently discovered today which is XX/XX/XXXX that I have a credit collections bill from a medical bill that was issued in XX/XX/XXXX with a balance of XXXX dollars.I discovered this by checking on my XXXX XXXX. I called the credit collections ( amcol XXXX sc ) and spoke to customer service said they have called which they have n’t. I never received a bill in the mail by collections or XXXX XXXX in regards of having a overdue bill. I called the XXXX XXXX in XXXX north Carolina billing department to see the details of bill, the lady on the phone could not give me any information because the bill was 3 years ago. So I decided to call the head of billing and they said they would mail me the billing information that would come in a day or two.but I am certain that I have already paid the ramander of the bill since I did not have insurance at the time. I want to make sure everything is right before I have to pay for something I already taken care of years ago.
