Consumer Complaint: I paid off the balance to National Credit Systems. When the item was placed on my credit in 2016, I was not aware of this debt or this collection agency. I told them this was unfair because I had not been contacted by them or even been given a chance to correct the issues before being put on my credit report. XXXX, the company representative stated that it would be removed from my report when paid in full. I paid the balance in full. However, it is still on my credit reports – all 3 bureaus.
