Consumer Complaint: My purse was stolen a few years back with all my personal indentification and other belonging inside of it. As a result I believe this account was opened because I had no idea of the account until one day when a package came that was returned to the post office to send back to sender. I called XXXX ‘s multiple times informing them of the inaccuracies and the rep mentioned that I would still be responsible for the shipping and late fees which I refuse to pay being that the account was fraudulent opened and their merchandise was returned. I have a police report to prove my purse being stolen causing identifying theft to be possible.
