Consumer Complaint: I would like some intervention with this company for the following reasons : # 1 I have repeatedly asked the original creditor for a breakdown of the amount allegedly owed. I never received any such breakdown. ( i.e. mileage, billable hours, gas, etc. ) # 2 This is not a refusal to pay ; this is an attempt to receive a breakdown in the billing which was requested numerous times from the collection agency and original creditor and never received. I will not pay a debt that is not adequately and legally explained to me # 3 When I call and attempt to get this information which is my right to have, I receive a hang up I will not pay a debt that I do n’t owe. I will not pay a debt that is not broken down for me to understand where the debt originated from as described above. I am not refusing to pay this debt, but I will not accept a statement with the full balance ; this must be broken down into billable hours, mileage, gas, food, etc. This was the agreement between myself and the original creditor and was not delivered to me.
