Consumer Complaint: Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC began calling repeatedly demanding payment for a debt they claim I owe to them. I sent a demand for validation. I requested to see proof of contract between myself and this company. In response they sent information regarding XXXX XXXX. To the best of my knowledge I have not had any relations with XXXX XXXX. I am not sure if Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC is trying to work with XXXX XXXX or if they are trying to pull a scam on me stating they are part of XXXX XXXX. Either way there is no contract between myself and this company.
