Consumer Complaint: I received a call back in XXXX of 2017 about a supposed debt collection from a gym that I used to belong to ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, No Contract ). The woman that I had spoke to was extremely rude and then threatened to destroy my credit if I did n’t pay the bill. I did ask to get a letter stating that I owed them and wanted all of their information. She then refused and then stated that she had already sent me the information. It has been 4 months and now this is hitting my credit report, while I still have not received a single bit of paperwork stating who I even owe this money to! I have called them and told them to send me information, but they refuse to do so. They will not send me any information in regards to my ” debt ”.
