Consumer Complaint: Original loan was in XXXX. GCFS, Inc.has continually called my place of employment, family members, non-family, acquaintances stating that I have a warrant. The police are coming right now you better get her on the phone. They called my work, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX starting in XXXX and continue to call presently. They called them on several occasions all day telling my employer I was a criminal and the police are coming. I had to prove to my employer I was not with court documents. They continue to call to this day and I do n’t work there, I paid off what was agreed with XXXX XXXX in XXXX. On top of all of this illegal action they are trying to sue me again. This judgement was to be released which it was, now I get a letter saying I owe XXXX. I called the court and she said they re-filed. How is this even legal. I have multiple witnesses of this illegal action which almost cost me my employment and continues today.
