Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX is attempting to collect a bill from a XXXX nearly two years prior. After multiple billing mistakes on their part, they were paid over {$1300.00} two years ago. Now the are producing another bill for {$120.00}. They were never able to provide documentation that I am liable for this. I never agreed to pay this. It was turned over to Money Recovery Nationwide and has been placed on my XXXX report as delinquent. Money Recovery Nationwide never provided supporting docs for this debt. All they provided was a general consent to treat form from the hospital ( XXXX XXXX ) not the XXXX.

XXXX and XXXX have already investigated this case and have removed this item from my credit report.
