Consumer Complaint: The Company started repeatedly calling me and not leaving a message I was in a business meeting and was unable to answer. Once I was free to talk I called the company back. I spoke with a lady that was very rude and kept changing her story and would not give me straight answers. Each time I would ask question she would get upset and interrupt me while in conversation. I asked her if I could set up payment arrangements and she said yes but it would still count against my credit if I did not pay in full by XX/XX/XXXX Think that was date. I asked for a detailed description and told her I wanted to dispute it. She told me that I could not dispute it because it was medical bills that if I wanted to dispute it I should take that up with my insurance company.I was trying to ask question to understand what my options were and what was going on and get clarification on the debt. When I would question what she said because it contradicted what she had already told me she got angry and She hung up on me.I called back and asked for a supervisor I was told she was the only Supervisor working on that Friday. I explained to her what had happened and how the girl told me that I was not allowed to dispute the charges and she told me that I should have received a bill and an explanation of benefits and she told me I had nothing I could dispute. That I needed to pay it or it would be reported to the credit agency. She also told me there were more accounts that letters were sent out on and that I should get those paid. I asked for details on those and ask if they could give me some more time until I received the documentation and had time to review it. She said that they could do it but she did not feel like she should. When I questioned her on the policy she got upset and threaten to hang up. I told her I would call back and ask for someone hire up and she told me that I would not get anyone above her. She also said if I kept calling back she would block my number. I asked her how I could call in and make a payment if she blocked me. She just hung up on me.
