Consumer Complaint: On several occasions I have written to get Midland Funding to prove the validity of their alleged debt showing up on my credit report. I am including original letters dated XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I have many more letters which I could produce. I have also written to the credit bureaus asking for their help. To date, no one has responded. Unless someone can produce documentation showing that the information being reported is 100 % accurate and 100 % verifiable, it must be removed.
