Consumer Complaint: I was a loyal Macys customer since XXXX. Then around XXXX, I was out of work for several months due to my XXXX XXXX and was n’t able to keep up with my credit card payments. When regained employment, I started making settlements with the various creditors I owed. Macys was my top priority, so I entered into a settlement agreement with them. Now, in XXXX, I am seeing that they are reporting that I still owe them {$1300.00} in credit card debt, which is not only inaccurate but devastating to my credit score.
