Claims to have attached and submitted into evidence a true and correct copy of the Account Agreement listed as ” Exhibit A ” in files attached. However the attached contract is unsigned and incomplete, and this is a XXXX/XXXX XXXX contract. My account was opened in XXXX of XXXX and XXXX XXXX was not formed until XXXX XXXX. Knowingly submitting false evidence to the court is not only a violation of consider rights, it is against the law. XXXX XXXX signed that all documentation was true and correct and that he acknowledged submitting false documents is an illegal act.
3 — Patenaude & Felix, A.P.C. filed action against me in the District Court of XXXX XXXX, Pa, however at the time the Action was filed I was a resident of XXXX, Pa which falls in XXXX XXXX XXXX District. This is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act.
4 — Patenaude & Felix, A.P.C. performed multiple hard pulls of my credit report which nwgatively effect my score.
