Consumer Complaint: I get that debt collecting companies like to call. I ‘m not disputing that I owe various entities, and while I do n’t really recognize ‘Midland Credit Management , Inc. ‘ in XXXX XXXX XXXX they are probably for XXXX of my accounts that went to a debt collector. They ‘ve already incessantly tried to call, but the nature of my complaint is they called this past Sunday. This is n’t the XXXX and ‘you owe me money ‘ tactics of harassment are fair game. Sunday is an Off day by any definition and still ‘not a business day. ‘ They need to be reigned in to know that by phone intrusion, there are hours of a business day that are ” fair game ” and then there is after hours which is off-limits. Also, I do n’t think they ‘ve left a voicemail which to me tends to ooze Unprofessionalism. So, ‘by the rules ‘ you can call to harass us any business day, from like XXXX – XXXX, but outside of that you do n’t just get to bother us about this specific debt that I know is ‘important ‘ to you, but it is prioritized to this Family ( and probably a lower one at that ). Please hold MCM accountable to stop this practice!
